PNGase F (100U/μL)
PNGase F (100 U/μL) is a recombinant glycosidase that cleaves between the innermost N-acetylglucosamine (GlcNAc) and the asparagine residue of N-linked glycans. Supplied at 100 units per microliter, it delivers high activity for analytical, structural, and biopharmaceutical applications.
- Concentrated stock (100 U/μL) for precise dosing and cost-effective workflows.
- High specificity – removes high-mannose, hybrid, and complex N-glycans.
- Compatible with denatured or native proteins, depending on accessibility of glycosylation sites.
- Recombinant, animal-free production ensures batch-to-batch consistency.
- Active under mild conditions (pH 7.5–8.6, 37 °C).
